iLodge exists to solve a specific challenge in project environments: managing contractor accommodation properly.
When teams work away from home, accommodation impacts productivity, cost control, compliance, and daily operations. Left unmanaged, it leads to inefficiencies, inconsistent standards, and unnecessary risk. iLodge brings structure and control to that environment.
Since 2011, we have managed contractor accommodation and support services across South Africa, working across sectors such as power, construction, renewables, mining, and infrastructure, often in complex or remote locations.
We are not a booking service. iLodge acts as a single, accountable point of control across the entire accommodation ecosystem, from sourcing and supplier management to transport, meals, and support services.
Clients engage with one partner while we manage a network of local suppliers behind the scenes. Our model is built on simplicity and accountability:
