We review the location, the local supplier market and the specific requirements of your team. We ask the questions that matter – shifts, transport distances, meal
preferences, procurement constraints, BBBEE requirements, budget parameters. We do this so that what we propose is workable, not just available.

Step 3: We Build The Solution

We identify and appoint suitable local suppliers — accommodation providers, transport operators, meal providers and any other service required. We negotiate
rates, set service level expectations and confirm all arrangements before anyone arrives on site. Nothing is left to chance.

Step 4: Your Team Is Placed

From the moment your team arrives, iLodge is the single point of contact. Your people know who to call. Your site manager knows who to escalate to. Head office knows who owns the account. One number. One WhatsApp. A real person who picks up.

Step 5: We Manage The Day-To-Day

Projects do not run to plan. Schedules change. Numbers grow or shrink. Someone needs to move rooms. A transport pickup is missed. Step 6: You Receive One Invoice

At the end of each billing period, every supplier on the project, regardless of number or invoice format, is consolidated into a single portal-integrated e-invoice. It is structured to align with your procurement system, qualifies under one BBBEE Level 2 entity, and reflects exactly what was agreed. No surprises. No unauthorised charges. Approved clients receive standard credit terms, allowing teams to be placed and fully operational before the first invoice is due.
