Through this, and by implementing cost-saving strategies, we can save you up to 9.8% on your accommodation, transport and catering spend for any given project.

Yes. We produce an audit trail for each and every booking or Service Provider payment we make. This all takes place via our CRM system and client service department. We can provide an audit trail on bookings made over 10 years ago!

Yes, we do. All out SOPs are documented and shared with the client, Service Providers and the respective workforce.

You and your workforce will have access to dedicated client service 24/7, with world-class query and complaint resolution times – 6-8 hours for standard queries and complaints, and 1-4 hours for urgent matters. Your workforce has access to this via an SMS line. Any local partners also have access to this service.

If you’re working on a remote project and need your workforce accommodated on site (as opposed to in a bed and breakfast in the nearest town), we will set up a remote camp to house them.

We deploy iLodge employees on-site as well as dedicated, vetted local Service Providers to handle camp logistics and all workforce requirements. Operations and Compliance managers assess service quality and address all service support matters on top of ensuring the operational efficiency of your camp and workforce happiness.

iLodge set up and has managed a camp in Nigel/Grootvlei for the last six years and counting.
