You and your workforce will have access to dedicated client service 24/7, with world-class query and complaint resolution times – 6-8 hours for standard queries and complaints, and 1-4 hours for urgent matters. If you’re working on a remote project and need your workforce accommodated on site (as opposed to in a bed and breakfast in the nearest town), we will set up a remote camp to house them.
