Integrated Lodging (Pty) Ltd (iLodge) was established in 2011 by Jan Dry as an offsite accommodation, catering, and transport services provider. Since then, we’ve been giving our clients peace of mind by ensuring that their offsite workforce’s needs are being managed without any added stress or cost.

iLodge offers clients turnkey hospitality solutions for their offsite project resources. As a one-stop offsite services provider, we take care of all eating, sleeping and ride requirements, offering valued crew members a home away from home.

Our vision is based on a collective recognition that enterprises need superior offsite services at affordable prices, within tight budgets, while keeping tabs on their cash flow.

iLodge’s staff complement currently embodies over a century of dedicated experience in the hospitality industry. As a company, we have cumulatively managed and advised on over a billion rand in offsite services spend, realising and documenting savings of more than R50 million for our clients in this area.

At fulfillment phase, our attention to detail, our understanding of industry best practices and our adoption of the philosophy of continuous process improvement ensures that no stone is left unturned we leave our clients with an equilibrium between cost-effectiveness and a satisfied workforce.

  • Manage everything from one centralised point, 24/7, and all the service providers report to us. There is no need for our clients to deal with any vendor, service provider, or transport association.
  • Negotiate rates, payment terms, and standards and document all costs before any project starts.
  • Offer a standardised costing model for services rendered, i.e., a cost per-person-per-day to allow for accurate project budgeting.
  • Deliver to client-provided specifications. They tell us what they require, and we get it done, whether it is accommodation, meals, laundry, housekeeping and/or transport. We’ve got it all covered.

This gives them the opportunity to develop and grow their own businesses as beneficiaries of our Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiatives.

Since 2014, iLodge has been contracted to provide an accommodation, catering and transport management service to a company which providing engineering support and through-life maintenance support of utility, energy, and process plant facilities throughout Africa. During the lifespan
of this 10-year contract we have delivered significant costsavings and business value to them.
